Finally add some salt and pepper to taste.13. Stir and saut for another 3-4 min.14. Serve hot.Recipe 2: Soy cutlets.1. Heat 2 cups of water in a pan and soak 250 gm soy chunks.into it for 5 minutes.2. Once cooled down, drain the water and mash them.thoroughly in a big bowl.3. Also mash 200 gm boiled potatoes in it.4. Now add cup finely chopped spinach.5. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.6. Finely chop and add 3 green chilies.7. Add tbsp ginger-garlic paste.8. Add 1 tsp cumin and coriander powder each.9. Now add some salt to taste.10. Mix this thoroughly.11. Now make cutlets of this mixture. You can give it any shape.or just use a cutlet mold.12. Next heat 2 tbsp olive oil on a fry pan.13. Take some 2 tbsp semolina in a plate.14. Now coat the cutlets with the semolina and place them on.the fry pan.15. Fry on both the sides till it gets crispy for about 5-8 min.16. Hives from food allergy
Just wanted to share what the beginning stages of a food allergy attack look like for me. Knowing how prevalent its becoming and how little info is available made me want to show this for those of you who may have been recently diagnosed with a SERIOUS food allergy but hadnt had an attack yet and were wondering what the hives would look like. For me thisll be followed soon by anaphylaxis ( throat will close up ) and severe stomache cramps followed by a long night on the throne:(
